Domestic shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 business days.

International shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 business days depending on location.

For international packages, we do not cover any import fees, customs fees or any other type of fee associated with the order.

FOR LOST PACKAGES:

In the rare case that your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, we ask that you file a “lost” package claim with your carrier:

Once you have filed a claim, send an email to teamfitletix@gmail.com with the claim number and we will follow up with the shipping carrier.
