RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 30 DAYS from when your order was delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.
We have a 60-day warranty for all product. If anything is wrong with the product we will take care of you. We must be notified within 60 days of receiving your order of any defects or issues with the product.
Anything beyond 60 days will be considered normal wear and tear, and will not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement. We will be happy to treat a defect situation case-by-case.

A few things to know:
- We offer FREE domestic returns
- We cannot provide a pre-paid return label if your item was discounted at 25% or more
- We do not offer returns/exchanges for items discounted at 50% or more
- All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit

Return / Exchange Info
All refund requests will be given in the form of store credit.
If your requested, exchanged item is not in stock we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit (no expiration).
If your requested exchanged item is of lesser value than the item you paid for, we will issue you the difference in store credit (no expiration).
Please return the item in the same packaging as you had received it (tags, custom bag, promo cards, etc.)
If the item has a scent, excess lint/hair, or damaged in any way, we cannot accept the returned item and it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
