RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 30 DAYS from when your order was delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.
If your item is damaged when you receive it, we will replace it. Please let us know. You deserve the best!IMPORTANT: All sales from our Warehouse Moving Sale starting September 14th are final sale. No returns/exchanges will be allowed.
A few things to know:
- At this time we do not offer prepaid return labels, but we do cover the shipping cost of the exchanged items sent back to you.
- We do not offer returns/exchanges for items on sale over 20% off - final sale
- All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit
- If your requested, exchanged item is not in stock we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit (no expiration)
- Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on face masks, face coverings, balaclavas, underwear or socks.

You deserve the best. We will be happy to treat a defect situation case-by-case.
We have a 60-day warranty for all product. If anything is wrong with the product we will take care of you. We must be notified within 60 days of receiving your order of any defects or issues with the product.
Anything beyond 60 days will be considered normal wear and tear, and will not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
Please return the item in the same packaging as you had received it (tags, custom bag, promo cards, etc.)
If the item has a scent, excess lint/hair, or damaged in any way, we cannot accept the returned item and it will be shipped back to you.
